TRESemme RENEWAL Hair & Scalp Repair : Product Review
TRESemme have always been one of my favourite hair care brands, and for the past couple of weeks changing into autumn, my scalp had been itchy and flaky. I usually suffer from a bad scalp once the seasons change colder, So seeing TRESemme brought out the Renewal Scalp Repair range, i was thrilled and wanted to give it a try.
I've been using the range for a couple of weeks now, including the £5.50 tonic. I'm not normally fused about using extra products on my hair apart from shampoo and conditioner, but boots had a 3 for 2 offer on all hair care, so i thought i'd adventure and try something different. You apply the tonic after the shower on damp hair and massage it in. It gives your scalp a cooling effect and you can actually feel it working. It has Tea Tree and Sunflower Seed oil, leaving your hair feeling even softer and helping your scalp get back to a healthy looking condition. I've been the product after every shower and in quite big quantities all over my scalp, but i'm finding the bottle is still almost full. So for a price of £5.50, you definitely get your moneys worth and for somebody who doesn't usually buy extra hair care products, i'm converted.
The shampoo and condition coming in at a price of £4.99, didn't let me down. Both products make you feel like you'v just come back from the hair dressers. They smell great! Leaving your hair feeling clean and looking in good healthy condition. The conditioner does it job, making my hair feel nice and soft with no extra knots after the shower. I also found, my hair didn't look or get greasy as fast as it usually does.
So, do they really help the scalp? The itchyness, the flasks? Well, i'm going to say a big fat YES. I especially, get a really bad conditioned scalp right at the front of my hair line, and magically, there's no signs of flasks or a bad looking scalp. I'm not completely cured, i see the odd flake now and again, but this set definitely keeps your scalp and flakes at bay.
TRESemme RENEWAL Hair and Scalp Shampoo £4.99.
TRESemme RENEWAL Hair and Scalp Conditioner, £4.99.
TRESemme RENEWAL Hair and Scalp Tonic, £5.50

Disappointing Bath Bomb Review : Lush : Honey Bee
I recently had another spending splash on the Lush website and brought a couple of Bath Bombs and bath bars. The Honey Bee was the one i was most looking forward too. Maybe i was expecting too much, but from opening the packet to getting out the bath, i was not impressed. First of all, the smell. It's hard to explain other than it made my face scrunch up when i took a whiff. I didn't like it, but found the smell disappeared once it was in the water.
There was nothing special about the effects of the Honey Bee, it had a simple fizz and turned the bath yellow with no scent. From other reviews i read from the lush website, i was most looking forward to having silk smooth skin. Did it do this? I suppose my skin felt a little smoother, but again, nothing special, and not the WOW factor that i was expecting. So after a disappointing bath, i then found it had stained. The last thing you want to do is start scrubbing after having an 'relaxing' bath.
I still love lush products. Despite being disappointed.
I FINALLY HAVE ONE! And at a bargain price : Urban Decay Naked palette 3
I FINALLY HAVE ONE ! Urban Decay Naked palette 3. Originally priced at £37 , this would have been the most expensive palette i'd of brought. So before i payed for a product that i think should be at least under £30 to make it reasonable, i wanted to see if i could find a bargain and turned to ebay. I mean.. who doesn't love a good bargain.
I came across a brand new palette for... £19 ! But ofc, there is always a catch. The palettes were factory seconds. This didn't bother me though, i would be saving £18 for a product which could or could not have visible flaws. Lucky for me... my product looks perfect ! BONUS. Not a dent on the tin, all the colour are in clean smooth condition, even the cardboard box was sleek with no dents.
I've only had chance to try out a few of the colours, but so far my favourite has been the burnout pink. It's a very beautiful, natural colour, and i've found the heavier and more visible you want it, the more you need to apply. I'm so far very happy with my palette, and can't wait to try out the other colours.
Hope your enjoying my blog xo

Soap & Glory : Fab Pore Facial Peel
Soap & Glory. One of my favourite brands and 'The Fab Pore Facial Peel is one of the main reasons why. Originally priced at £10, it is now down to £6.67 and stating on the boots website ' Once its gone, its gone'. Which i'm presuming means that this product will no longer be available. Maybe i'm outdated, so although i LOVE this product, and i will explain to you why, i am more than keen to try out there other , 'The Fab Pore 2 in 1'. But i still urge you to try this out whilst it is at an reduced price. GRAB A BARGAIN.
This product can be used as a 5 minutes quick facial mask or left on for 15 minutes for a deep clean. I tend to leave it on for 15 minutes to get the full effects of the product. It targets pores, spot prone and problem skin. I have very sensitive skin, and products that include beads can make my skin worse than it already is and leave me with break outs. So when i opened the tub to find blue looking beads i was optimistic. The product was thick, smooth and soft! - including the beads! They didn't irritate or scratch my skin like other harsh facial masks can. It glides on your skin, not leaving your skin feeling tight or hard. There isn't a smell to the product either, which when its on your face i guess thats a good thing, just incase you don't like the smell and have to put up with it for 15 minutes.
It is very easy to wash off, leaving my skin feeling moisturised, soft, and looking generally healthier. I found after each wash my problem pores are dramatically reduced which is one of the main reasons i started using this mask. So if your like me and are prone to blackhead i would highly recommend this product. It has so many extras and great results. It really does do what it says on the tin.

Body Shop : Body Mist / Eau de toilette Review
The Body Shop is one of my favourite shops to buy fruity fragranced products. So when i was browsing a few weeks ago, i thought i'd try out there body mists. Unfortunately, they didn't have the strawberry mist in stock, so i opted for the Eau de toilette instead, and also brought the Vinyard peach body mist.
You can purchase the fragrance here : Strawberry Body Fragrance
The next scent i brought was the Vinyard Peach body mist. Which.. i absolutely LOVE. I brought the 100ml bottle for £7.50. Much bigger than the 30ml bottle of perfume's they offer, and at an reasonable price considering the size. Again, the scent isn't heavy or overpowering, but there is just something about the smell that makes me feel great. I don't find it to be too sweet either, making it more for an early 20's to 30's age range. Like the perfume, it does need to be re-applied through-out the day as i find the scene doesn't last very long. The only bad point i am finding frustrating is the bottles cap. I've been keeping the Body Mist in my bag and keep finding the cap has fallen off and lost within the mess that is lurking in the bottom of my bag. Although this isn't a big deal, i don't know the likeliness of the product leaking in my bag.
For some reason.. can't find the Vinyard Mist on the site anymore. If anybody knows why, let me know!
I hope you enjoyed reading my review.

A Must Have! : Umbrella Ring Dish
Umbrella Ring Dish :
I have just found this amazingly cute UMBRELLA RING DISH! Its adorable. It comes at a price of £8, which i think is a bargain for this little number.
The dish is big enough to hold quite a few rings, which are easily accessible. I love the turquoise hand-made effect and the silver circles just giving the dish that extra sparkle.
It would work well on the dressing table - that i do not own, but never the less, i'll be purchasing one of these.
Landmark Ring Dish
They also offer an Eiffle Tower styled ring dish. Just as cute, but abit more expensive at £10. It also doesn't look like it can hold as many rings, but if your like me and only own a few then i wouldn't see a problem. It's got a vey classic style to the design and there is something simplistic that i think would add that little bit extra to your bedroom.
A great buy. Get thinking for christmas!
Dragon's Egg : LUSH REVIEW
My first EVER REVIEW! So here we go..
I've recently come across a brand called , 'Lush', which offer a wide range of handmade cosmetics. I read different reviews from the website stating how delicious the products smelt and how well they worked, so i wanted to see what all the fuss was about for myself
Dragons Egg £3.25
https://www.lush.co.uk/products/dragons-egg
The Dragons Egg is a bath bomb with a price of £3.25. Which i suppose is abit steep for one bath bomb, but i must admit, i'd pay that price again. Not only was it an exciting experience to watch the bath bomb work its magic as soon as it hit the water, but it smelt absolutely lush! - see what i did there.
The Dragons Egg is a good size, takes a couple of minutes for it dissolve completely, fizzing up as soon as it hits the water, almost like over shook coca cola. The effects of the bomb turns your water orange, and made my bathroom smell of lemons! yes.. lemons. It was a complete surprise, as i hadn't read the full description of what this bath bomb included, so i was very excited
The downside to this product which i didn't like was the glitter. I'm not a fan of glitter anyway, so the idea of having it stained to my body was an nightmare. Luckily, it wasnt too noticeable and had worn off by the next day. I suppose it did add that little bit extra, but something i feel that alot of people wouldn't miss if the glitter wasn't included.
I hope you like my first review.
